The progressive internationalization of the Group, the distribution diversification and the product and brand differentiation with respect to the competition continue to be confirmed as winning strategies. However, the real engine of innovation in the company is undoubtedly people. This is demonstrated by the growth of its workforce, which in recent months has increased by 100 workers, to a total of approximately 700 people, 500 of them in Italy. These workers are regularly offered training, updating and safety courses. On the other hand, in Italian factories, the number of employees represents almost 40% of the total, a percentage higher than the average for the ceramic sector. The percentage of young people is also especially high.*For more information: https://www.laminam.com/es/Barpimo joins AMCTransformad, present at the KBB fair in BirminghamMobalpa presents its new 2022 kitchen collectionThe sustainable design of Merino Group, in MaderaliaToop, Andukit's main novelty at Maderalia 2022Legal notice |COOKIE POLICY |Privacy Policy
