A double-size residence with views of Central Park at Manhattan’s Trump International Hotel and Tower listed Monday for $39 million, Mansion Global has learned.
Located on the 47th floor of the 52-story building on Central Park West, two adjacent apartments were renovated into one 6,279-square-foot home, according to the listing with Douglas Elliman ’s Kirsten Jordan and Karishma Sani. The apartment boasts “sunlit exposures facing east, south and west,” allowing for expansive views of the park and city skyline.
Recently renovated and never lived in, the home has the “perfect layout for entertaining,” Ms. Jordan said in an email.

She called the renovation “nothing short of dazzling.”
“You are essentially buying great taste in a trophy building with the views every New Yorker wants,” she continued.
The renovation, which took three years, brought a modern sensibility to the space, according to the listing. Finishes include floor-to-ceiling windows, oak chevron flooring, Italian marble, Belgian wool curtains, designer wallpapers and bespoke hardware throughout the home.
The open-plan layout includes a living area with a hand-applied European clay base wall finish to add warmth to the home, as well as a butler’s pantry to service the area. The kitchen and dining area—and the adjacent den—feature blonde oak paneling, Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances and white-and-black Arabescato Corchia marble counters and backsplash.
Metal-and-glass French doors separate the private space, which include five bedroom suites. The main suite offers pale blue wallpaper hand painted in New York by Callidus Guild , a bathroom with Calacatta Gold marble mirrors and vanities, a dressing room and a soaking tub with skyline views.

There’s also a junior primary bedroom suite, which has a lounge next to the bedroom, and the remaining three bedrooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows, full bathrooms and ample closet space.
“Each of the home’s seven full bathrooms and powder rooms feature a different marble or high-quality finish, such as handmade Italian Fabscarte wallpaper from Milan,” the listing said.
The apartment last sold through an LLC in 2018 for $25 million, according to records with PropertyShark . Mansion Global could not determine the identity of the seller, but Lakshmi Mittal —the 72-year-old head of the Luxembourg-based company ArcelorMittal , the world’s largest steel producer—or a member of his family reportedly bought the home four years ago, according to an article in The Real Deal at the time.
