Hospitality mogul Michael Depatie is listing his circa-1930s San Francisco home for $15.995 million.

The six-bedroom home is located on a roughly 0.1-acre lot in the Pacific Heights neighborhood, according to listing agent Neal Ward of Compass. Mr. Depatie and his wife, Holly Depatie, bought it for $8.8 million in 2013 and spent about $2 million renovating it, completing the project in 2015, Ms. Depatie said.
