According to Erongo regional unit commander for communituly affairs inspector Ileni Shapumba, Hamulwa, left Tubusis for Walvis Bay on official duty on Tuesday driving a white Toyota van, registration number Pol.9836. He has not returned to his duty station since then, and his whereabouts are unknown. He was allegedly seen at Walvis Bay on Tuesday morning and later in the afternoon at Arandis. It is not clear whether he has left the Arandis area, and his cellphone is off. Anyone with information is urged to contact deputy commissioner Erastus Iikuyu at 0812464757 or detective chief inspector Moses !Uwu-Khaeb at 0813214978 or report at the nearest police station.
