sector, promotion of human capital and quality, and international expansion.The plan will also contemplate instruments that respond to the territorial challenges of the sector, among which its consolidation as an international benchmark stands out.The actions will also promote the creation of networks and the strengthening of regional clusters to achieve more competitive and innovative markets.Strengthening the training offer and bringing vocational training and the university closer to industries, attracting innovative and digital talent or promoting a greater presence in foreign markets are other objectives to be met.In the productivity section, the modernization, energy efficiency and digitization of the sector will be sought, directing it towards future business models, such as industrialized construction, the contract market or wellness spaces, among others.For its part, the promotion of human capital and quality will be carried out through training for better access, adaptation and quality of industrial employment, as well as through the promotion of trades related to natural stone and marble.Finally, the objective of international expansion will seek the mainly of marble, slate and granite production, is a traditional sector in Spain, whose situation has been particularly affected since 2008, as a result of the sharp adjustment suffered by the
