press ENTER to searchBlue kitchen, velvet sofas and golden flashes of lighting.We look into an apartment in the Tri-City.Ania and Mirek came to Gdynia from Greater Poland.They looked for a long time to find a place where they could breathe and recharge their batteries on the weekends after hard work.They both love long walks, so the location close to green areas was important.Ultimately, the choice fell on an apartment in a new building with its architecture referring to Gdynia modernism.We are a stone's throw away from the beautiful Orłowo beach.The decision was made.Designers from Bogdziewicz Studio helped to arrange the dream interior with a blue kitchen.At the beginning, changes to the existing layout of the apartment.The designers got rid of the walls of one of the three bedrooms in order to reduce the size of previously not very functional communication routes.The area of ​​68m2 now consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a hall and an open day zone, i.e. a living room with a dining room and a kitchen.The dining rooms are separated from the living room by a small wall on which the TV has been hung.Bright blue.It's definitely the color that defines this space.Investors in love with blue have chosen a shade from the NCS color chart on their own.The blue kitchen is in the foreground.Light blue fronts with classic milling are equipped with brass Formani handles.The designers managed to fulfill the hosts' wish and build a small island here.It has become the heart of the day zone, an ideal place not only for morning coffee and cooking together with family and friends.The top of the kitchen island, like the other countertops in the kitchen and the wall cladding, are made of Laminam Naturali Bianco Statuario Venato sinter.From the kitchen area, it is only a step to the relaxation area.Here we have a blue couch and an armchair with a footstool.There are also coffee tables with interesting forms and a TV chest of drawers with modernist rounded corners.The lighting immediately caught our attention.A huge golden lamp hung from the ceiling, a lamp of the same color stood by the couch.Under the TV, we have a table lamp with a gold frame and a opal shade.An equally impressive lamp hung in the dining room just above the table.This is the golden "hat" by Paola Navone.Blue reappears in the bathroom.It is combined here with a delicate Viennese weave and porcelain tiles imitating marble.A large-format mirror has been installed above the tiles, which optically enlarges the bathroom space.The whole is complemented by fittings and handles in the color of copper.We also have blue colors in the bedroom.The white of the walls and bedding, the gray of the headboard and the red of the painting by Julia Deptuła are complemented by the bedspread in the color of the cloudy sky.... as well as indigo and cobalt.Colors we like to talk about cornflower blue, denim, police or inky.Regardless of the name, intense and intriguing.See how they look at home.
