Every fixture and finish chosen for the building was carefully considered, such as the limestone façade, French windows and doors, and a zinc standing seam mansard roof, which recalls neoclassical Parisian architecture. The building also features large glass windows surrounded by limestone trim and small Juliet balconies.
Inspired by the beauty of the surrounding Gramercy Park townhouses, the interior embraces a clean palette of classic materials and an exquisite level of bespoke design and sleek custom detailings. Rich materials, including numerous unique natural stones, white pearl marble, linen wall coverings, and white oak, are juxtaposed carefully throughout the building, bringing warmth, texture, and character into these residences. Design highlights include white oak herringbone floors, deep crown moldings, gorgeous custom stone kitchens and bathrooms, and an exclusive Waterworks Grace hardware collection custom fitted with panda white, black and white marble.
