There is a built-in casual dining nook and sizable family room that features a hand-stained exposed beam ceiling, built-in cabinetry with bone molding, Dolby home theater system, and gas fireplace and sliding French doors that open to the backyard venues.

Another level of luxury is achieved in the private master retreat that includes a kitchenette with a Wi-Fi-enabled Bosch coffee station, hammered nickel sink, Calacatta marble counter and refrigerator. Behind a frosted-glass sliding barn door is the spa-inspired bathroom with a radiant-heated marble tile floor, Thassos marble tile surround, a freestanding Victoria Albert bathtub with Thassos mosaic tile surround and a barrel ceiling, curbless shower, dual vanities with Italian slab marble tops, and a polished nickel chandelier designed by Alexa Hampton.

The bedroom features a gas fireplace with an Arpel patterned tile surround, access to a private balcony, and access to the pool and spa and patios.
